In 2007 Fabiola founded Uniquely Plus Size, an organization catering primarily to plus size women. Since Uniquely Plus Size started Fabiola has produced and participated in over 40 Fashion Shows. Fabiola has collaborated to produced shows in different locations along the East Coast and the south. Through producing Fashion Shows, she realized the lack of well trained Full Figured Models in Massachusetts. Fabiola, now a Producer/Designer, decided that she will be working with a handful of models from Massachusetts to not only promote her full figured fashion line, but the selected models would also be trained to be professional Full Figured Models.
